What exactly is a token? +
A token is our unit of creative work. Simple tasks use fewer tokens (a social post = 35 tokens), complex tasks use more (an AI video = 350 tokens). Before you submit any task, our AI shows you the estimated token cost. You only confirm once you're happy with the estimate.
What happens when my tokens run out? +
You get alert notifications at 75%, 90%, and 100% usage. If you're within 100 tokens of zero, we let the current task complete and recover the small deficit next month — no task gets blocked at a critical moment. You can also top up 2,000 tokens for ₹999 anytime.
What if I'm not happy with the delivery? +
Request a revision directly in the dashboard — comment on what needs to change and we'll revise it. If you're unhappy within the first 7 days of subscribing, we offer a 75% refund on your first month, no questions asked.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription? +
Yes — pause anytime, billing and timeline both freeze. Annual plan subscribers can pause for up to 2 months per year without losing their remaining term. Cancel anytime on monthly plans; annual plans can exit after month 3 with a prorated refund minus a 10% exit fee.
Who owns the designs after delivery? +
You do — 100%. Full IP transfers to you upon payment of that billing cycle. Hues may showcase the work in our portfolio unless you opt out (a simple checkbox during onboarding). AI-generated elements are covered by a standard disclaimer accepted at signup.
I don't have a brand — can I still use Hues? +
Absolutely. Hues works for individuals, freelancers, and content creators who just need one-off tasks — photo edits, thumbnails, invitations, CVs. No brand required. Just describe what you need and we'll handle it. The Brand DNA Engine is optional, not mandatory.
How fast is delivery really? +
Simple tasks (social posts, photo edits, banners) are typically delivered within 24 hours. Complex tasks (long-form AI video, full pitch decks) take 48–72 hours. Rush delivery (12 hours) is available for a 30% token surcharge. We show the estimated delivery window when you submit.
